​Welcome aboard new consignors! Get ready to clean out, ca$h in, and have the opportunity to shop the best in boutique and name-brand items at bargain prices before the sale opens to the public!


As a Consignor, you will receive a special pass at check-in for our Consignor PreSale Day (Friday, 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.). This gives you a "first come" opportunity to find the great deals. Want to shop earlier???  Sign up to be a Volunteer!


2.  SELECT A DROP-OFF APPOINTMENT.


Go here to view the available drop-off times. Schedule the one that works for you. If you're a Consignor who is also volunteering, please do not schedule your drop-off time during your volunteer shift. Immediately before or after your shift is ideal.


3. GATHER AND PREPARE YOUR ITEMS FOR SALE.


Read through the Consignor with Us, Tagging Instructions,Accepted/Non-Accepted Items,FAQ's,and thePricing Guidelines. This is one of the most important steps you can take. It will make your experience easy and successful! If you cannot find the answer to a question, feel free to Contact Us.


Remember to clean your items and make them presentable so they will sell.  Wash, iron, and hang your items neatly. Zip zippers, button buttons, wash toys, remove stains, etc. Items with stains and tears will not be accepted. Hang all your clothing on hangers with the hook opening to the left (like a question mark).  We must insist on gently-used, quality items. Presentation is EVERYTHING when consigning.


4. CHECK FOR RECALLS!


Safety First is incredibly important!  Due to new regulations, it is now necessary for YOU to check your items to see if they have been recalled.  Go to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission at www.cpsc.gov to learn more. It is important that we make our children's consignment events safe places to shop!


5. TAG YOUR ITEMS.


Consignors with Upscale Kids Sale price, tag, and hang their items using our super easy on-line software system. You DO NOT need to be at the sale to consign with us!  We do the rest--we handle the location, advertising, publicity, and clean-up!  You just sit back and wait for your money! 


This process is very simple and will help you to create your tags quickly and easily on your very own computer and printer!!  You can enter your items all at once or a few at a time, whatever works best for you. Then, print them when you want!  You can enter your items by logging into your Consignor Account (find the button in the top-right corner of this page). Go to “Work With Your Consigned Items” link. The deadline for entering merchandise will close promptly Tuesday at midnight. Anything that has not been entered will NOT be able to be sold in the event. You will still have access to print tags, so if you are in any type of time crunch, input your merchandise first!


NOTE – A MINIMUM OF 20 items or $100.00 in merchandise is required to qualify for a presale pass. There is a MINIMUM of $.50 cents when pricing.  If you have an item that you feel should not be priced that high then we suggest grouping it with other like items. You MUST price your items in $0.50 increments, (ex. $3.00, $6.50, $9.00, etc.). This price setting is a default setting on the software.  We do not have the ability to change this. 


You set your price and, if you want to participate in our Half-Price Sale held on Sunday, you can mark all or just a few to be 50% off. If you are choosing to CLEAN OUT those closets, you may want to check the DISCOUNT option. We all love a great bargain and we offer an “almost everything” half-off day. Discounting is a great way to get it sold! We would love to provide you with a nice big check instead of a handful of unsold items at pick-up. 


Our Pricing Guidelines are also helpful if you aren't sure how to price your items!  You decide if you want to pick up or donate unsold items.  ALL "donated" items go back into the community 100% free. Be sure and check “Donate” if you would like any unsold clothing and merchandise to go to several Billings area charitable organizations.


You will need to print your tags on WHITE cardstock/coverstock or heavy paper. SORRY, REGULAR COPY PAPER IS NOT AN OPTION (the scanners can't scan thin paper).


6.  DROP OFF YOUR ITEMS.


Drop off your items at the sale on Wednesday or Thursday (scheduled appointments available).  Check in with us upon arrival, where you will receive your special Consignor Presale bracelet pass for Friday night. You will be responsible to hang up and place your items in correct locations.  We will have Volunteers (wearing red aprons) on hand to assist you.  Please allow approximately 30 minutes for drop-off.


7. SHOP THE PRESALE AND SHOP 50% OFF EARLY.


The Consignor Presale will be held on Friday, 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  You will receive your presale pass at drop-off. Want to shop earlier? Volunteers shop on Friday at 4:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m., depending how many shifts they work.  See Volunteers for more information about volunteering.


As a Consignor, you also get to shop the Half-Price Sale on Sunday at 9:30 a.m.


PLEASE, only 1 person per pass!


8.  PICK UP


Pick up your unsold items on Sunday from 7:00 pm-8:00 pm.  Please allow 15 minutes for pick-up. Your Consignor checks will be available at Pick-Up.
Register to Consign


We welcome new and returning Consignors. ALL Consignors must register for the upcoming sale so we know how many Consignors to plan for. We will accept registrations until our space is filled on a first-come, first-served basis.Click on the appropriate link below to register for the upcoming sale.

  • Consignors receive 70% commission on all items sold (become a Volunteer, and receive as much as 75%).
  • A $10.00 fee will be deducted from each Consignor's total sales.The fee is used to cover facility rental and advertising.
  • We pay our Consignors at Item Pick Up.
  • We do all the selling, but as Consignors, you will price your items, enter them into our system, print tags, and bring your items to the sale.
  • We recommend taking advantage of the Volunteer Opportunities so you can increase your commission and receive other valuable perks!

'New' Consignors will be asked for basic information and to supply a password for your account and returning Consignors will be asked to confirm their informationan  At this point, the system asks you to electronically sign the Consignor Agreement. Click 'submit' and you will be given a consignor number. Click continue and you can log in with your Consignor number and Password.
